- November 4th, 2006: Our new Community Support Forum has been set up on a remote forum hosting provider. Topsite Station recommends InvisionFree for your forum hosting needs.
- November 3rd, 2006: You can now customize what kind of ads are shown on your topsite! Choose either text and image ads or just text ads, one large ad block or two small ones, and a color scheme for text ads that best matches the look and feel of your toplist.
- November 2nd, 2006: Frequently asked questions pages added. Adding website content is a much welcome break from hardcore php coding!
- October 31st, 2006: Happy Halloween!
- October 30th, 2006: All major scripting and debugging is complete! Content is now being added to the website to prepare for the beta launch.
- October 24th, 2006: Control panel for topsite owners is now complete. Main website admin panel is in development.
- October 17th, 2006: Some minor changes to the link structure of the site has taken place to better facilitate future development.
- October 11th, 2006: Search functions have been coded. Search for topsites or websites (the members who have signed up to topsites) only.
- September 27th, 2006: A few bugs and glitches discovered during alpha testing have been fixed. More features requested during feedback are now being added.
- September 19th, 2006: Alpha testing has begun. You can now register your own topsite. Note however that not all features have been implemented yet, and the control panels are not yet complete or fully debugged. Also note that topsites may be deleted if and when the database is wiped during development.
- September 14th, 2006: The demo topsite is now fully operational. There you can see all of the features implemented so far, even sign up! Beware however, the database gets wiped occasionally during development so expect your site to be deleted from the demo if you do register.
- September 9th, 2006: More debugging and code optimization has taken place.
- September 6th, 2006: Topsite directory has been coded. Hosted toplists will be able to get listed in the most relevant category to increase their exposure and traffic. The directory is search engine friendly (no dynamic links).
- August 25th, 2006: After a month long break to work on other projects and a few websites for clients, development of the topsite hosting is back under way!
- July 21st, 2006: Security audit of the topsite hosting has taken place. Occasional security audits, code debugging, and optimization will take place through out development to assure quality.
- July 4th, 2006: Happy Independence Day America!
- June 26th, 2006: Topsite functions have been developed. Some debugging and code optimization to take place. Control panel for toplist owners is now being developed.
- June 12th, 2006: Website design has been revealed. The entire website (especially hosted topsites!) will be SEO friendly. Some content has been added to the site. Check out the list of features for an idea of what is planned for development.
- May 29th, 2006: Planning stage is complete. Scripting and further development to begin soon.
- May 8th, 2006: New topsite list hosting is in development! We're still at the planning stages, stay tuned for new updates soon to come!
